Meanwhile, some people come into my comments almost daily to critique or obsess over how many trades I took on the day. None of that matters more than getting money in the bank. No institution cares if I took 1 or 1000 trades. Money is money. When this reaches my bank account, the bank isn’t going to call me up and say, “Sir, you’ve been taking too many trades, we can’t accept your money.” Some of you are in the business of impressing others by upholding a made-up rule to make yourselves feel good, rather than focusing on what really matters, which is making more money than you lose.

On the left is the only loss I took today on this account. I liked the trade, but there was no continuation. My instincts were telling me after that initial reaction back up mid-trade that this might just be a squeeze to go higher, and that's what played out. For context, I was already up +$109 from my first trade before taking this loss, which put me at around -$134. The trade on the right was based on the idea that we'd get a tap of the key level after putting in a nice bottom wick, breaking above the previous candle high. It initially stalled out after I scaled into the trade, but ultimately the target was hit.

But apparently I have "no real strategy" and my executions are "random".
