@Uber_Support kindly work on improving your services, I called up driver as could not locate the cab surprisingly he was using another car with different no, which is a big safety concern and more over cancelled the ride when confronted and imposed charges

@UberIN_Support @MORTHIndia I will be approaching the court tomorrow and pursuing all legal remedies available.I also expect Uber to clarify what action has been taken against the driver, whether the driver’s account has been suspended & why the matter was not immediately reported to the police

@UberIN_Support This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when a vehicle with a mismatched number plate was allowed to operate on your platform. Such incidents could have put any passenger, particularly a woman travelling alone, at serious risk.
