Let’s set some things straight The U.S. Constitution creates three seperate and equal branches of government. Each one set apart in three sections of the constitution to provide a strong separate branch of government to constrain the excesses of the other two. The purpose is in full display now. Stop a dictatorship from forming. Majority rule does not mean you stomp on others. The constitution and our laws protect the minority from the excesses of the majority. We are in the constitutional process in lawsuits stopping Trump from doing things which are unlawful and/or unconstitutional while we wait to see where all of that goes. These cases have caused restraining orders to be put into place in at least 14 federal cases and they apply to the entire United States. This was done so maniacal haters in Texas of the policies enacted by the progressives in NYC got to be balanced in federal courts before one party destroyed others legal sensibilities. These orders will make their way to the SCOTUS. I am expecting several states to file legal charges and lawsuits against Trump and his people to stop what the local populace doesn’t like. In these state courts, where states hold all authority not granted specifically to the federal government by the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. constitution. The action will play out and Trump forgets that states are sovereign entities in all cases where federal laws passed passed by Congress and signed by the President removed that piece of their sovereignty. Trump has decided to try and run over all opposition in a month by pretending the US allows kings. Musk is driving this and he is being his longtermist fascist best in thinking he is right and individuals don’t matter in the long term survival of the human race. The U.S. constitution adamantly opposes longtermism in the form the original documents and the bill of rights and other amendments as well as federal laws passed by Congress and now law of the land. This seems slow and inefficient. It is supposed to be. I am expecting that there is some probability that SCOTUS will unleash Trump. I then expect the civil unrest and martial law. This will be the end of the U.S. democratic representative republic and the beginning of civil war and if not, the end of our great experiment has arrived. But if SCOTUS restrains Trump and his project 2025 radicals I am expecting Trump to be very angry and act ugly. JD Vance is the perfect Peter Thiel construct. He will do all he can to enact his leash holder’s desires. And he will be worse than Trump since Thiel literally owns him. I am not making threats. I am making a promise. I will not be ruled by a dictatorship. I left Alabama and I don’t bow down to Texas. I will oppose all of this until my life’s end. Almost all of you will regret this monster being elected and the justices the federalist society fascists have bought and paid for holding him up. They have counted on you to be sheep. Be brave.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Got to put in that work. We maybe 70 years behind the legacy program, but we will get there. There is a powerful mental exercise we are taught in survival school. That is if you ever find yourself in a seemingly impossible position, tell yourself you’ve been there before and that you found a way out. It’s amazing how this shift to a disposition of belief allows solutions and pathways forward to reveal themselves to us.

Hitler was voted into power. His first actions were to go after "corruption" in government without oversight and at a pace that overwhelmed their constitutional checks. He replaced key positions with loyalists. Within 53 days, the democratic processes of Germany were decimated and the rest is history. Never allow an Amercan leader to act rapidly outside of the constitution quicker than lawmakers can keep check. There is no hurry. Trust that corruption can be weeded out through constitutional means. Be wary of this breakneck speed and chaos that mimics Hitler's first days. I know you're excited about ridding corruption, but let's agree that everyone must obey the Constitution to the letter. Challenges may take time, but we must allow the wisdom of the Constitution to be applied. Anyone trying to sidestep the Constitution, or move faster than what's required to apply it, are suspect.
