Exciting news as energy giants @bp_plc and @ADNOCGroup have made an offer to acquire 50% of NewMed Energy for a value of ILS 14.1B

@abu_yossi also spoke about the offer from energy giants @bp_plc and @ADNOCGroup to acquire 50% of NewMed. He reassured everyone that the company would remain independent even after the deal with BP and ADNOC.

At yesterday's @BizportalNews conference, our CEO @abu_yossi addressed the high demand for energy in Egypt. He emphasized that Egypt will consume every natural gas molecule NewMed Energy can supply.

Export to Egypt continues to rise, with approx. 3BCM in Q3, compared to 2.8 BCM in the same quarter last year. The Partnership is increasing the sales forecast for the entire year (2022), from 10.65 BCM to 11.2 BCM and announcing an additional $50M profit distribution

Upon the release of our Q3 2022 Financial Statement, we are happy to announce records increase in net profit - $123M. Net revenues up 28% totaling around $265M (compared to $207M last year)
