MOTHER AND PARTNER ABANDON TODDLERS AGE 5 AND 3 IN WOODS AFTER BLINDFOLDING THEM AFTER TAKING THEM TO PORTUGAL Heartless parents allegedly blindfolded their terrified 5-year-old and 3-year-old sons, told them it was a twisted “game to drive away the devil”, buried a knife in the woods and then abandoned the boys deep in remote Portuguese forest. The French brothers Barthélémy (5) and Zacharie (3) were instructed they could only remove their blindfolds once they found the buried knife and used it to cut them off. Mother Marine, 41, from Colmar in eastern France, and her partner Marc had driven more than 1,000 miles from France to Portugal specifically to carry out the alleged abandonment near Alcácer do Sal. The toddlers dug desperately in the dirt for several minutes before Barthélémy finally took their blindfolds off only to realise their parents had completely vanished. They wandered alone for hours, ending up crying and screaming on the side of the quiet N235 rural road between Alcácer do Sal and Comporta around 7pm Tuesday. A local couple who found them said the boys were “terrified”, covered in dirt and bruises with one nursing a grazed knee, desperately calling out for their father. Each boy had only a small backpack containing spare clothes, pieces of fruit and water bottles, nothing else, no ID. Both children have since been given a clean bill of health in hospital (toxicology confirmed they were not drugged) and placed into foster care. Yes, the United States has the most progressive tax system in the world. The top 1% pay 40% of taxes, the bottom 50% pay 3% of taxes. We can make it even more progressive by zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. It’s a small amount of the total tax revenue but very meaningful to people in this group.

This is unbelievable. A travesty of justice. One of the worst terrorist attacks in Europe was by Islamists at the Bataclan Theatre in Paris in November 2015. Two men stormed the 1,500 person theatre where a concert was in progress. They fired indiscriminately at people, then hunted them down as people cowered in offices and cupboards. They even executed those who lay on the floor pretending to be dead. 130 people died that day. Hundreds were injured. Mohammed Bakkali is a Moroccan-Belgian who was behind this attack (and the others that took place that night). He rented safe houses and provided cars for the Islamic State cell. He knew exactly what was happening and facilitated it. In the 2022 trial in Paris he was sentenced to 30 years for his role. And now comes the kicker. When he was extradited from Belgium to face trial, there was a condition that he serve any sentence in a Belgium prison. He has served 4 years and on 11 May the Belgium court granted him the right to leave six times for 36 hours each. In fact, it then came out that he has already had several day releases since 2025. They cite his good behaviour and rehabilitation. In Belgium, some prisoners only serve 1/3 of their sentence. Looks like for a Muslim who colluded in a heinous terrorist attack it is even less. The French are furious. And rightly so.

Henry Nowak was 18 years old. A first year accountancy and finance student at the University of Southampton, walking home from a night out with his football team on December 3rd, 2025. On Belmont Road he was met by a 23 year old named Vickrum Digwa, carrying a 21cm ceremonial blade across his chest. Digwa stabbed him four times. One wound went eight centimeters into his lung. Henry climbed over a fence trying to escape. There was already a blood trail on the street behind him. When police arrived, Digwa told them he had been racially abused. Henry told them he had been stabbed. He told them he could not breathe. The officer told Henry he was under arrest on suspicion of assault. Henry repeated that he had been stabbed. A voice on the body cam replied, "I don't think you have, mate." Henry drowned in his own blood on Belmont Road in handcuffs. By the time CPR began his lungs were already full. A doctor flew in by helicopter. There was nothing left to do. The knife was at the killer's mother's house. She had walked it home. Henry's phone, the one he had filmed the whole encounter on, was in Digwa's pocket. All of this came out in Southampton Crown Court last week. The bodycam was played to the jury. This is sworn testimony in a live murder trial. A teenager was killed by a man who then told the police the teenager was the racist. The police arrested the boy who was bleeding out instead of the man who had been carrying the blade. Whatever you believe about institutions, that is what happened on that street. Henry Nowak. This is an ALL GIRLS Jewish school in my district. I’m all for prayer and free speech, but why do a bunch of GROWN MEN need to do this right outside of a school full of little Jewish girls???
