Pretending this is some apocalyptic rollback of the Civil Rights era is just “wah wah” demagoguery from a Congressman who’d prefer race-based mapmaking when it helps his party. Equal protection means equal protection — for everyone. If Democrats want more favorable maps, they should win elections and persuade voters, not rely on racial line-drawing.

The Supreme Court’s decision is a clear attack on Americans’ right to representation, and is an attempt to disenfranchise Black and minority voters. I’ll say it again - @POTUS and the @HouseGOP will cling to power at any cost.
