Shock method does not need to be limited to the lower body. When preparing for contact the shoulder and neck need to be prepared to rapidly brace for impact, and shock method strategies can be usefully applied.

I could make a strong argument that it’s the MOST important thing.
How training makes you FEEL - Your self-talk before, during, and after every rep, set, workout is where the “magic” truly happens.
That’s why you can’t autopilot, zone out, or escape to your “happy place.” - You need an extreme level of presence..
Training is literally creating who you are going to be - Mind. Body. Spirit.
