Parents will sign their 12 year old athlete up for stuff like this instead of just getting them to do normal lifts, sprints & jumps

If a school wants to add performance training into the school day, here’s how to do it right.
✅ S&C coach
✅ Schedule whole teams in one period
✅ Head coaches present for their team’s lift
✅ Non-athletes get their own period. Only allowed in athletic periods with permission

Admin support is crucial.
We’re blessed with an abundance of it: 2 full-time and 1 part-time CSCS S&C coaches, whole teams together, classes separate from athletic periods, letter grades, and academic credit that varies by year rather than simply counting as PE.

I didn't know one simple picture could get so much traction. Kudos to my team who has been working on this. We will roll out about 12 prototypes hopefully within the next 2 months. Price point for sale will shock you all. Personally I've always tried to help coaches.. (thread)

WTF? If you drink a lot of water, you will pee it out. That's what your kidneys do (speaking as a kidney specialist). I drink plain water (yes, without salt) almost every day of my life, as did virtually all humans for the last, say, million years. No, I am not worried about 'dehydrating' myself by drinking water. 🙄
