Jag förstår inte hur människor fortfarande kan bli förvånade över allt det hat och all den antisemitism som uppenbarligen genomsyrar islam. Judarna är i dag i stort sett helt utraderade från den muslimska världen, det vill säga den delen av världen som har islam som grund. Detta på grund av omfattande förtryck och förföljelse. Inte ens i sitt historiska hemland Israel är judarna säkra. När muslimska terrororganisationer som Hamas och Hizbollah attackerar Israel och judarna, gör de inte bara det med Iran i ryggen, utan med islam som grund. De återkommande försöken från Israels muslimska grannar att utradera Israel från kartan och driva ut judarna i Medelhavet, har skett med islam som grund. Vad säger då Koranen - islams heliga bok - om judarna? Ja, inte är det någon kärleksförklaring direkt. Det är tydligt att judehatet har kommit att bli en central del i Muhammeds eftermäle, något som har överlevt in i vår tid. Vid sidan av de hedniska avgudadyrkarna, pekar Koranen ut judarna som ”de hätskaste fienderna” till muslimerna (Sura 5:82). Judarna är jämförbara med ”apor, föremål för [allas] hån och förakt!” (Sura 2:65, 7:166), vilka muslimerna ska kämpa mot till dess att ”de erkänner sig besegrade” (Sura 9:29). I Koranen står det dessutom att läsa att Allah som straff de facto har förvandlat judar till apor, men också till svin (Sura 5:60). Förutom detta är Koranen tydlig med att en muslim inte kan vara vän med vare sig judar eller kristna: ”TROENDE! Välj inte judar och kristna till era bundsförvanter – de stöder och skyddar varandra – och den av er som söker deras stöd och skydd blir en av dem.” (Sura 5:51) Muslimer kan således, enligt Koranen, endast vara vänner med andra muslimer. Muhammed själv var mycket tydlig med att judarna är muslimernas fiender, vilka förtjänar döden. De var enligt honom i själva verket så onda och förkastliga, att till och med stenarna avslöjar dem om de försöker gömma sig och fly undan muslimernas vrede: ”The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. ’O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.’” (Sahih al-Bukhari, vol 4, book 52, hadith 177) Det kan inte bli tydligare än så: judarna är jämförbara med skadedjur, vilka ska besegras och dödas. En uppmaning som har varit vägledande för många muslimer under de 1400 år islam har existerat. Den utbredda antisemitismen bland muslimer även i vår tid är således ingenting som förvånar.
