The SEC could try to ban crypto staking. Simply to maintain control and power. This would stifle innovation, and will drive companies & investors overseas. The purpose of the SEC is to enforce laws to prevent market manipulation. If only they focused on that.

I don't want to alarm, but since the turn of the year, a new Operation Choke Point type operation began targeting the crypto space in the US. it is a well-coordinated effort to marginalize the industry and cut of its connectivity to the banking system - and it's working

Always speculation involved... but network effects, products, tech, utility, market fit etc etc all areas to look into. The market is better at pricing these attributes against one another than most people realise.

@THECHAINMEDIA How do we calculate the value of crypto when we dont have concepts as price to earningstarios. How to calculate network-effects. I am an investor but I think the price estimets are only bound to historical pricing that may not be a good guide for a changed future.

@TheSerenation @RaoulGMI True altho Tbh can see a lot of common trade sectors getting handed over to robot AI, that is not far off. Have already seen robot capabilities that once combined with openai level intelligence will be fine to complete those tasks. House cleaning is already there for ex.

@Nightridersback @RaoulGMI Safest fields of work going forward are common trades that require skilled workers. Everything in tech & office jobs may eventually become automated except maybe a few exceptions.
