@TUIUK hi, I’m aware of the chaos in zante but my daughter and her friends have been given their cases back and sent out the airport with no info, Following there flight home being cancelled. Apparently there’s one TUI rep on site. Can you help please?

@andie52 @Swad_Fox23 @TUIUK that’s fair but they have cancelled the flight, airport has returned his bags and gave my 17year old no info on what to do next. No Tui reps are there that he has seen. not ideal to be stranded

@Swad_Fox23 @TUIUK It's all over the news here, but it's a major incident so I'm certain there isn't a lot TUI can do to get flights going until the military have cleared the plane that crashed and have ensured the runway is safe to use. It must be a nightmare for all involved.

@StagecoachWScot X19 bus just arrived at QEUH parked up and drove away with a not in service sign, last bus was here was at 16.35. Worst service ever

@inquisitor111 @StagecoachWScot it’s everyday, I have collated a list of issues i’ve had and it’s everyday. Most often only 1 out of 4 scheduled bus times due actually appear. It’s so unreliable

@StagecoachWScot me again, the x19 from QEUH still an issue that’s the 17.05, 17 AND 30 min past bus not turned up. Next one due 45past (if appears). Really really unbelievably bad service

@NikkiArtist @StagecoachWScot Hi. Sorry to hear that. Is it the X19? If so, as you are likely aware, this is now operated by West Coast Motors on Stagecoachs behalf, so it will likely depend on how well they operate it going forward and if Stagecoach monitor performance closely.
