Shocking after sales from @Nisbets 3rd time we have had engineers to our Ice machine @Timperley Conservative Club and it’s still not fixed a brand new unit only ever worked for 2 days cost over 1k amongst other purchases made. Constantly fobbed off complete lack of support.

@Nisbets what on earth is going on your company with delivery’s. I ordered 10 days ago and have received 3 separate deliveries but still don’t have everything! Grace in your complaints department said she would call me today but hasn’t! This is 3rd order in a row I’ve had issues

@Nisbets terrible customer service. Requested return by courier collection at the beginning of September. Despite numerous email and phone calls the items remain uncollected. I’m out of pocket but their lack of action indicates they do not care. Buyer beware.

Ordered a business coffee machine from @nisbetsie @Nisbets at the beginning of January and paid in full by card. Rang for an update 2 weeks ago, told they would email me. They didn't. Called today for update, told the order was cancelled! Avoid this company, utterly incompetent!
