Airtel's "Unlimited 5G" plan feels misleading. Even after recharging with the unlimited 5G plan, you don't get truly unlimited data. The 5G icon shows up and speeds look normal, but the data still gets deducted from the daily 2GB limit. From my experience, there seems to be an unofficial cap. After around 350GB of usage in a month, the so called unlimited 5G stops working and data starts getting deducted from the daily quota again. I have reported this to their customer support but didn't get any real help. Earlier I had to recharge the ₹11 unlimited 5G for 1 hour pack to continue using the internet, but even that plan seems to be gone now. Anyone else facing the same issue with Airtel 5G?

Hello @JioCare My Jio fibre stopped working today since 8:40 am. after raising a complaint (SR00002GJO42) you provided me with a Service Engineer Slot 1-2 pm today. No one has visited yet to resolve the issue. Nowadays your service has become like BSNL. Pls take your dabba.

Dear @IndiGo6E How do you change a flight time and PREPONE it, 2.5 hours before the flight at 4 AM in the morning, expect me to make it on time, and then when I do get there 5 minutes behind on the NEW TIME , you do not let me check in my bag and make me pay for a new flight? I got no email, and one measly text at 4 AM this morning that my flight time has been preponed from 645 to 630, and you close your check in counters according to 630?? There has to be some sanity in flying in this country. Flight providers cannot whimsically play with people’s times and lives without us being compensated, and more so without making us pay more for their errors. This is a violation of any reasonable terms of service.
