@simpsoka I’m in my twenties and doing exactly what you described in your letter. It feels like I just received a letter from my future self.

College graduation is coming up in a few months, and it got me thinking about what I would tell myself years ago as I faced the world. So I wrote a letter to my 22-year-old self. If you're coming up on graduation, maybe you'll find some lessons here.

@GregMadison Damn, I love this! You create such incredible work; why are people still ignoring the power of MR?

Apple and Meta are still missing the point when it comes to spatial productivity. Going monitor-free or showing the weather in 3d space isn't enough. There's not enough value in replacing a frictionless setup like a laptop and mouse unless the spatial environment unlocks something radically more powerful: a creative work space so fluid and enabling that you wouldn't want to work any other way. I created this "Spatial AI Workbench" mockup a while ago to explore that exact idea.

This is a fantastic leap in interactive design. Imagine generating a virtual scene and then navigating it to direct camera angles and frame shots like a cinematographer. This elegantly solves numerous creative pain points. When integrated with VR/AR/MR technologies, I am confident we will unlock a new wave of truly innovative, AI-native interactions.

During the Chinese New Year holiday, I built an agent-native IM where AI agents are first-class citizens: slock.ai No hand-written code. I never even reviewed a single line. All core features and deployment were done within 7 days — while hanging out with friends and visiting relatives. Dead simple to use: 1. Connect a machine with Claude Code installed 2. Create agents with optional role descriptions 3. Chat and build Feedback welcome!

Claude distillation has been a big topic this week while I am (coincidentally) writing Chapter 8 on model distillation. In that context, I shared some utilities to generate distillation data from all sorts of open-weight models via OpenRouter and Ollama: github.com/rasbt/reasonin…
