NASA pilot Victor Glover CLAPS back after being asked what it means to be the first black man to visit the moon: “It’s the story of humanity, not black history, not women’s history, but that it becomes human history.”
“I also HOPE we are pushing the other direction that one day we don’t have to talk about these first. That one day, this is just—and listen to this—that this is the human history.”

Our task force isn’t wasting any time cracking down on fraud.
This morning in the LA area, federal law enforcement is taking down fraudsters who stole $50M+ from Americans by defrauding our healthcare and hospice systems.
Thanks to @DrOzCMS and @USAttyEssayli for their work.

@saniyafatma1278 That is absolutely stunning and will look amazing! I’m so sick of these cookie cutter dresses that exposes too much flesh. This dress is a class act!

I'm sitting in my bedroom staring at my grandmother's 1950s wedding dress, and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Found it in her attic last month - sixty-four dollars was all she paid for it back then. The moment I saw all that delicate lace and the full skirt, my heart just melted.
It felt like finding buried treasure. But apparently I'm the only one who thinks so. My sister took one look and said, "You're not seriously considering wearing that old thing, are you?" My best friend was even worse - "Nobody wears sleeves like that anymore, and that neckline is way too conservative. You'll look like you're playing dress-up." Their words keep echoing in my head, making me second-guess everything.
But when I put this dress on, I feel connected to something bigger than trends and Pinterest boards. I feel like I'm honoring the woman who raised me, who taught me that real beauty doesn't need to scream for attention. I already found this incredible seamstress on Tedooo app who specializes in vintage alterations.
She was so sweet when I explained the story, and she's going to take in the waist and adjust the hem while keeping every bit of the original character intact. I've already paid her deposit, and honestly, even if I hadn't, I don't want to change a single thing.
Posted about it in a DIY group yesterday hoping for encouragement, and while people offered suggestions for "modernizing" it, I realized something important. This dress doesn't need to be fixed or updated or made trendy.
It's perfect exactly as it is. I'm done asking for permission to love what I love. If walking down the aisle in my grandmother's dress makes me happy, then that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Sometimes the most beautiful choice is the one that feels right in your heart, even when everyone else thinks you're crazy.

Pray with me y'all:
Father,
We come before You with humble and repentant hearts. We pray that You forgive us for our sins and trespasses against You and that we forgive all those who have wronged us.
Lord, we pray that You continue to reignite Your spirit within us and that You would refine us daily, so we can walk Your straight and narrow path and live holy, pleasing and acceptable lives to You.
We pray that Your light would shine through us and that people would see You in us and that they would desire to begin a relationship with You. Lord, we pray that You find us worthy to be used by You to carry out Your will.
Lord, we continue to pray for all those in need of physical, spiritual and mental healing, that You would give them the healing they need today. We pray that all those who are struggling and feeling overwhelmed would receive Your comfort and peace today.
We pray for our nation, our leaders and our troops, that You would bless them and place a covering of protection over them, Lord. We pray as a nation that we would repent and return to being one nation united under You.
Lord, we thank You and love You. We pray this all in the mighty, powerful, name above all names, Jesus Christ, Amen!

Pray with me
March 14, 2026
(Based on the “5 Minute Prayer” model I gave you on Thursday’s Before the Noise. Love y’all.)
(1. Praise God) Father in Heaven, we begin by praising You. You are holy, righteous, and good. You spoke the universe into existence, yet You know every detail of our lives. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who saves. There is no one like You. Your mercy is higher than the heavens and Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. You alone are worthy of honor, glory, and praise.
(2. Confess Sin) Lord, we come humbly before You and confess our sin. You know our hearts better than we know them ourselves. Forgive us for the times we have trusted ourselves more than You. Forgive us for pride, impatience, selfishness, and the quiet sins that live in our thoughts and attitudes. Cleanse us through the sacrifice of Jesus and create in us clean hearts. Renew a right spirit within us so that we may walk in humility and truth.
(3. Give Thanks) Father, we thank You. Thank You for the gift of life and the breath in our lungs. Thank You for salvation through Jesus Christ and the grace that we could never earn. Thank You for mercy that meets us every single day. Even in seasons that feel uncertain or difficult, You remain faithful. You sustain us, guide us, and surround us with reminders of Your goodness, and for that we are deeply grateful.
(4. Present Your Requests) Lord, we bring our requests to You. Give us wisdom for the decisions before us and strength for the challenges we face. Guard our minds from fear and our hearts from discouragement. Teach us to trust You more deeply and to follow Your voice above the noise of this world. Order our steps today and shape our desires so that they align with Your will.
(5. Pray for Others) And Father, we lift others before You. Comfort those who are hurting, strengthen those who are weary, and draw those who are far from You into Your grace. Bless our families, our communities, and the people we influence each day. Let Your light shine through our lives so that others may see Your goodness and come to know You. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus, Amen.

When people read one line from a letter and turn it into a universal rule, it usually tells me they haven’t studied the Bible very deeply.
Paul wrote to real churches with real problems. Context matters.
Do you think Paul contradicted himself?
Because in his letters he also acknowledges women praying and prophesying in the assembly (1 Cor 11:5) and working alongside him in ministry.
So the real question is: what problem in that particular church was he addressing?
“As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may instruct certain people not to teach false doctrines.”
– 1 Timothy 1:3
Did you miss this clue? Or you don't actually know the Bible?

Another day, another stabbing. We need to GET REAL - I am sick of it, we are all sick of it. This is not the Britain I want to live in.
The British state needs to brutally crack down on knife crime, and I mean brutally. That is exactly what Restore Britain would do. No more bullshit community work or soft punishment.
Enough is enough.
Instant deportation for foreign nationals found carrying.
Throw the book at the domestic ones.
Found unlawfully carrying? A Restore Britain Government would crack down on you in the harshest possible manner.
Minimum prison sentences - zero excuses.
The message has to be simple.
DO NOT CARRY A KNIFE UNLAWFULLY.
If you are found with a machete or whatever else, you will go to prison. End of story. Stop and search introduced on a proper scale. Accusations of racism would not stop us, I can promise you that.
Do that, on the scale required, and watch how quickly the knife crime epidemic stops.
There is finally a political party with the balls to do what needs to be done to protect the British people.
Restore Britain.
