For an entire 8-hour flight from Amsterdam to Toronto, the passenger behind me grabbed my seat - and even my hair several times - as he got up, coughed constantly, or just randomly. Told the @KLM crew about it midflight, but they had no interest in intervening.

Dear airlines: if you force passengers to use a kiosk, it's your responsibility to stock the kiosks. Or at the very least, have the kiosk realize when it fails to print a bag tag. No, I'm not going to pay to check a "second" bag because your kiosk didn't print my first one.

In case you worry at all about this pax being wrongfully bugged, he stood up and started getting his bag out of the overhead while we were still taxiing after landing.

One hack I've found to get cabin crew to care about the pax in front of me being reclined during taxi and takeoff is to whip out my laptop and start working. While crew generally ignore the seat reclined into me, they always notice the laptop. Then I point to the reclined seat.
