There are Lebanese politicians posting photos of destruction across Beirut on Wednesday and blaming Hezbollah. It’s baffling. I don’t care how much you hate Hezbollah. Israel dropped American supplied bombs on us. Israel destroyed those buildings. Israel killed our friends and families. Israel committed a terrorist operation against Beirut, against Lebanon. Any official with an ounce of integrity would condemn the perpetrators instead of trying to join them. Shameful disgraceful people.

In the last 3 (!) negotiations with Iran, the U.S.-Israel have killed the negotiators, including Kamal Kharrazi, 81, who died from his injuries today. His wife was almost killed. Israel also killed Hamas negotiators every chance they got. We are the least self aware people to ever live.

There is good reason to worry about the safety of our negotiators in Pakistan. The country is armed and dangerous and the government is not fully in control. Previous high level visits were short and they involved decoy aircraft, as when then-President Clinton surreptitiously changed airplanes so no one would know which one he was on. The USSS did not like President Bush going there in 2006. The Secret Service will be tested this trip. So too will the military that supports this mission. Pray for the safety of our negotiators, including the VP, and for their success.

As recently as January I had a cardiologist, without so much as taking my BP, tell me that there was nothing wrong with me so I tricked his nurse practitioner in to ordering a autonomic testing lab without his knowledge and now I have it on paper that he’s a useless quack lol
