Anyone else ever been in limbo with @PODS waiting for a incident resolution for nearly 2 months? I've been ghosted by my assigned representative for the last month and have already called twice today. How long do you think I'll have to wait on hold?

@PODS is the absolute worst. They are a legitimate scam that sets you up to hold your container so they can charge you “rent”. I asked for a moving service and they’re holding my property HOSTAGE.

@PODS so, after taking a @uhaul to your facility to empty 1 stored pod to avoid a $1K delivery fee (we were never told you charge $5.60/mi), we're NOW being told you won't even delivery the last pod to our new home, DESPITE SENDING AN EMAIL WITH THE EXACT COST TO DO SO!! 🤬 SCAM!

He is given numbers of people who when he gets their message machine sound like they have left business. He gets no help.

@PODS Your company has erroneously taken money out of my bank account on two occasions in as many weeks and while the first one has been credited,Customer service has informed me I must wait 7-10 days for my claim ($321) to even be looked at! This is unacceptable. This is theft.

I am VERY frustrated as @pods keeps failing to deliver my container for the third time. I have been waiting for this delivery for more than 10 days and every scheduled delivery day they say that it was processed manually and cannot tell us when it will be delivered. #podsfailed
