$Uber Eats just raised fees again. March 12th. Bookings crossed $100 billion. Record numbers. Still not enough apparently. You thought you were a partner. You're inventory. They own the customer. They own the data. They own the relationship. You just make the food. This gives breathing room for competitors to raise fees next.

@MichaelKudrna I staple a simple postcard front and back driving customers to save by ordering direct.
We moved from 90:10 to 50:50 (3rd parties:direct) in one year.

A 10 person "catering" isn't catering. It's a large restaurant order that wants a discount and 10 different modifications.
You'll do twice the work for half the margin and call it a win because it had the word "catering" attached.
That's not growth. That's a trap with a nicer name.

Packages range from ~900-1800 base. 2 hours uninterrupted service. Built for volumes or 50-150.
Bunch of ways to customize our base packages. All center around espresso bar, tea house, cold brew. Pastries, additional hours of service, branding are all add ons.
Our bread and butter are small corporate events, wedding weekends, teacher appreciation.
But we make our money on the big events. Conventions. Hospital systems. Multi day bookings.
We just did 700 person corporate event today with no espresso bar and made a killing. Cold brew, Arnold Palmers, hot coffee, hot tea.
