@onelonelyboi5 @shoot_loot rook is pretty much unlimited free loadouts but solo only and drops into a match in progress, but you can also get some free sponsored kits to be used on other shells, but after a few you’ll have to pay for the sponsored kits

@shoot_loot arc raiders was, atleast to my knowledge, the only game to make free loadouts unlimited and I dont know if marathon has spoken on whether thats the case for their rook shell
I dont think marathon needs features from AR to compete with it, different audiences

@R3spawn33 @phliximaru @jdpfootball @MarathonTheGame it definitely will, there’s way more activities that happen mid match, the cryo archive map will have raid like mechanics from d2 on top of the PvPvE, maps have the same risk level system with the exception of map wide events like night raids and secret bunkers

@KremeKrispie @MarathonTheGame ok, so does all free games, the difference is that marathon is paid, which means less cheaters because you have to pay not only for the cheats, but also to get access to the game
and replying more to your last reply, the pvp in marathon is 100x better than arc raider pvp

and some streamers got codes to hand out to their community

@R3spawn33 @MarathonTheGame you are wrong, the streamers got picked only for the alpha since it wasn’t under NDA, every other test has been under NDA, which is why you haven’t seen much about it
i was in both the Alpha and tech test, the difference between both is night and day, give the preview a go

the open preview isn’t even a beta, it’s to let people try the game before deciding if they want to spend money on it

spores get launched into space through asteroids impacts and land on other planets, they also attach to helldivers and the pelican
spores then turn to eggs, which then makes a bug that makes more spores
spores are also how they communicate between planets

@NizmoMike @LeexanderCastro honestly, unreal is worse, so far most games that came out on unreal have very bad optimisation, worse than helldivers atm
take borderlands 4 as an example, on launch it was so badly optimised that even 50 series cards could just about reach 60-100 frames and still have stutters
