FIA keep yammering about women in motorsport but nothing gets done. Here's a solution: mandate that every F1 team has to have one male and one female driver in, say, five years, and watch as billions are poured into women's motorsport to unearth and promote talent.

When I can't be arsed climbing the stairs to the toilet I take a piss in a cup and chuck it down the sink. But only ever my husband's Sports Direct mug as this contains the most liquid and avoids worry of over filling. If he's annoyed me that day I don't clean the mug afterwards.
