you should take your bromantane with MCT oil i'll admit it, i've been ignoring this for way too long, but it had to be said. let me explain: bromantane is highly lipophilic (fat-soluble), and raw powder taken dry has poor, inconsistent absorption; a large portion just passes through your gut unabsorbed. but dissolving it in MCT oil forms lipid micelles that shuttle the compound through your lymphatic system, significantly boosting both bioavailability and onset. bonus: the ketones from MCT give your neurons clean fuel. BUT, bromantane doesn't dissolve well in cold MCT... maxing out around 10-15mg/ml at room temp. so, this is what i've started doing, using some heat to avoid sludge; drop 50-100mg of raw powder into a cold spoonful and stir. you'll get a gritty sludge. THEN put your dropper bottle or spoon in a warm water bath (around 50-60°c) and it dissolves into a clear solution that actually absorbs under your tongue (i've found that running my sink to max temp is enough) hold it there 60-90 seconds before swallowing with water. you can get mct from kimera chems or OTC online pretty much everywhere. *if you're batching a larger amount to keep long-term, add a co-solvent like polysorbate 80 or oleic acid to keep it stably dissolved. that's the raw game.
