Most bank tellers in Uganda are degree holders. They are among the most underemployed people in the country. There is nothing in the job description of a bank teller that cannot be properly executed by an average chap that has completed O level. Why don't the banks employ the right people for the job?

Dear Namukwa, omubi mu baka, wat hpnd last nyt was so disappointing & yes we all agree you deserved to be paid…no one sane disputes that bt the way you handled it crossed a line. Taking equip’ & stopping the show turned all your valid complaints into a wrongful act. Hajjara mukwano, you cnt choose to enforce your own payment by grabbing property that isn’t yours, it stops being about justice and starts looking like disorder and illegality(theft/obunyaguluzi). You are a public figure & an ambassador of so many brands fcol, and moments like this don’t just affect you, they shape how the entire industry is seen and in the future those companies myt avoid to work with you as they did to many other artists that handle their brands in such a way. I might be wrong anyways but I blv there are proper ways to demand your money, and that wasn’t one of them. Moving forward too, hire a manager that can handle such.
