@Dischem 2 failed payments today and online support chat disabled. My rewards points were redeemed but payment failed. The website is just horrible. Every time you have a promo, this must happen?
@TAKEALOT, since you refuse to facilitate my warranty with the manufacturer, like you facilitated the sale, and they are ignoring me - I'll log a complaint with the consumer goods & services ombudsman.
@TAKEALOT Ordered an electric blanket & it stopped working after 3 months. Returned it to supplier 5 weeks ago & tried to contact them to get feedback. No response, contact your call centre I'm told to sort it out with them. Worst customer service exp. Shopping Amazon from now.
@Makro_SA, after 5 weeks of waiting for my order and constantly following up with no response, I get told that there was a failed delivery attempt. I never received a single message to say the order will be delivered. This is the customer service you provide.. Shocking!!!

@Nedbank, the App was not working on 28 Nov again and I got charged for insufficient funds even though I had money in my account? Now I'm being told the funds were not cleared. I saw the money and I even posted that the App stopped working. Going back to @FNB I guess..
