@TicketmasterUK the concert I am going to on Sunday was originally meant to be over a year over and it was rescheduled. Because of this I can no longer attend on this new date. I have given the tickets away but you are requesting my ID to collect the tickets on arrival. Help!?

@easyJet My flight in March was cancelled and everytime I logged onto manage my booking, to change the flight dates, it said that there was an error and I needed to call customer service quoting a code to get a free flight change. I know what date I’d like to rebook for now. Please help!

@easyJet it’s not allowing us to change or get a refund for our cancelled flight online and the customer service phone number isn’t working. Please advise
