I totally disagree with this sentiment.
The correct solution to a rogue federal judge ruling is to appeal it and/or seek to impeach the judge.
If presidents start just ignoring federal rulings they think are wrong, then the judiciary loses its ability to check the executive branch.
There were SO MANY times that federal judges blocked Biden policies, and we were all glad he complied with their rulings.
Ripping up our system of checks and balances... just to avoid delaying construction for a few weeks?
