29 days ago (13 Jan) I paid @O2 for an iPhone. Delivery cancelled due to “suspected fraud” — but my number was already ported. Today (11 Feb): still no refund and no number restored. I need urgent resolution. Case still open

@O2 I have more than £40 credit can't check balance no numbers to ring can't log into o2 honestly it's a garbage service can't even chat to o2 and here your just going to palm me off and not help so you tell me whats the point had this number 10 years

@CliveinEngland @O2 Absolutely standard from O2. They messed up my contract renewal, billed me for a phantom contract, refused to talk to me, sent debt collectors, trashed my credit rating and made me fight them through the ombudsman. Will be leaving as soon as I'm able.

Absolutely sick of threats and harassment from @O2 about a bill that is physically impossible to pay online. Contract was up last year but you are still hounding me because you reconnected after we went into your store and phones for hours to say we did not want it.

@WillWaight @O2 My contract was up in October but they still kept billing me. I went to the shop to complain. We were on the phone to customer service when they reconnected me and sent me a £25 bill while I was sat there. I see no alternative but to take legal action against them.

Well hello @O2 I just want to say what absolutely terrible customer service you have! We have sent our phone in for repair nearly a month ago! It has taken 5 hours of calls to get a phone sent back to us only to receive one that is locked to a private company and can’t be used!

@O2 @CliveinEngland Be aware of your credit rating with O2. They messed up billing for a friend of mine. The Ombudsman ruled in my friend’s favour. But O2 billing did not remove an undue amount. Which is still affecting my friend’s credit score. After hours on phone and 2 years - still not sorted

@O2 We did not cancel the contract. It came to an end after the 18 months. We were reconnected after being told we did not want it then sent a £25 bill for reconnection that we did not want.

@CliveinEngland @O2 They’re the worst, was automatically signed up to an O2 sim with my Virgin Media contract without realizing. The sim was never used or even looked at so no idea what the number was so didn’t get anywhere talking to them until I cancelled payment directly with the bank
