Heard from @Verizon about the upgrade fee. Even though I'm downgrading my smart phone to a flip phone, $20 upgrade fee still applies. They're willing to lose $3700 annually & 20 years of loyalty over $20. Who wants that $$$? @TMobile @ATT @JoelNBCLA @hansvestberg #CanYouHearMeNow

Purchasing a new phone from @Verizon. My old phone was a @SamsungMobile Galaxy S6 edge. New phone is a KAZUNA eTalk (flip phone). Verizon charged $20 for an upgrade fee. I don't see going from a smart phone to a flip phone as an upgrade. Should I be charged a $20 "upgrade" fee?
