MEET THE 2026 COHORT: ⁠Monument Tx⁠ ⁠ Monument Tx is a neuroscience-focused precision medicine company. Using validated digital biomarkers, Monument detects subgroups of psychiatric and neurological patients with common underlying biological abnormalities. These stratified groups of patients are then treated with novel drugs which are developed together with the biomarker in a companion diagnostic-like approach.⁠ ⁠ Their lead program, MT1988, is designed to improve cognitive function, with the first target market being cognitive impairment in schizophrenia. MEET THE 2026 COHORT: ⁠Flow Neuroscience ⁠ @flowneurosci is pioneering a new category of at-home electric medicine and delivering drug-free, brain-based treatments for depression. Flow is on a mission to transform the way we understand and treat mental illness with treatments that are both more effective and more affordable than drug based solutions. Flow’s neuromodulation platform uses targeted, electrical brain stimulation to target the left, dorsolateral pre-frontal cortex—the area of the brain responsible for depressive symptoms. Flow’s clinical trial demonstrated that using Flow’s wearable headset for 30 minutes a day, three to five times a week for 10 weeks delivered results that were two to three times better than leading pharmaceuticals, without the drug side effects. Flow is not only more effective than many pharmaceuticals, it also drives cost savings via improved efficacy, adherence, fewer side effects, and greater patient self-service. Flow can be used safely at home without clinician supervision, requiring less time from clinicians versus talk therapy and antidepressants. Founders gathered for lunch overlooking the vineyard—setting the stage for a day focused on reflection & connection. The afternoon featured a guided vineyard tour, followed by a hike to Inglenook Winery. Surrounded by the landscape of #NapaValley, the experience reinforced the importance of community, balance, and shared purpose as part of the One Mind community.
