Just finished Bloodlines 2 and I have never played a worse game in my life. And I’ve played Veilguard. Usually, bad games have something redeemable—voice acting, NPCs, world design, something. This one? Nothing. It fails on every possible level. It barely qualifies as a video game. Every person involved should feel deep, bone-crushing shame. It’s a waste of time, money, and brain cells. The game doesn’t respect your intelligence or your wallet. I swear I came out dumber than when I started. Should’ve just shoved those $60 up my ass—at least that would’ve been entertaining.

Bloodlines 2 is fun, but it should not have been called Bloodlines and they should not advertise it as an RPG. It's a Dishonored-esque action adventure with a pretty intriguing main story (at least after 8 hours), some solid character writing and great voice acting

Bloodlines is one of my absolute favourite games ever. Which is sad because no part of me wants to try Bloodlines 2 at launch for full price. Bloodlines is such a special and silly time capsule of 2000s Alt/Goth culture and I don't see any of that in the sequel. Tragic.
