@HighwaysNWEST Some signage/notification at the A57 end would be good, the sign in Tintwistle isn't showing a closure and it isn't otherwise indicated. Local traffic can freely join the A628 after the closure at the A57 likely compounding the problem.

@MartinSLewis @pollymackenzie For normal working hours, 6 weeks is a huge amount of time. Annual leave is generally 4-5 weeks PA and it's not possible to take that in one block. If you don't have family able to help, childcare for 2 children in the holidays can easily be in excess of £1,500.

@MartinSLewis With @SoEnergyUK I had almost £1k in credit as my account was placed under investigation (without being notified) due to low elec meter readings. The reason being the same So Energy had installed solar panels just before the low readings so all it did was show they were working!

I'm staggered by this. Something is wrong, unless you've as huge energy bill (eg £1,500+/mth) thats far too much credit, I'm hoping it is just a misunderstanding. I'd suggest you - Do a meter reading - Check the bill has been updated - Check the direct debit is roughly right (calcs on my site) - Call up and politely ask them to justify why this amount of credit. If it can't ask for the excess credit back Re @OVOEnergy

@HighwaysEMIDS unfortunately I don't have enough signal to report on the website, but just after the end of the '50' near Jct29a sbound on the M1, there is a large pothole in Lane 4 which if hit at 70+ could cause damage

I completely agree on the view that newbuilds don't promote a sense of well being etc. For me, it's the most expensive purchase in our lives but as a buyer, we have no say in the design so it will always be a compromise.

@YWHelp There is a significant leak on the A628 between Kine Moor Lane and Blackergreen Lane. This was reported on Tuesday under ref V176740 but damage to the road surface is now occurring with water also overwhelming gullies

@Carpervert The number of SUVs with roofboxes I witnessed last week with no more than 4 people inside coming back from France was insane. Golf R estate, all luggage for 10 days inc pushchair in the boot (including wine on the return) and it did 40mpg on the french motorways. Winning.

I might just pin this and then read out the comments every week or two.

@LeShuttle Hi Eurotunnel, in the time I've been stood in the terminal my booking time has been amended from 16:50 to 17:20 on the app. Is there a reason for this? And does that mean I need to add 2 hours to 17:20?
