I placed two orders. One for ORal B one Oracura. Both came in unsealed packages. I refused it. Now, I am charged for Open box. Please redo the delivery and this time pls send in sealed boxes

@AmazonHelp I ordered tissues. The delivery agent took this back too as I rejected the Oracura.
What nonsense logic is this? Why does tissue fall under this rule?
Also, why am I being charged for an item that you failed to deliver properly !!!

@ORACURA @SagarAwatade you customer support needs to get 100x better the current model is the worst i have come across in a while. There is no ownership no updates. You might get a reply in 2-3 days depending on the mood of the customer support executive.

I just ordered for myself looking at the hype on X about oracura
my dropshipping mind cannot comprehend the profit margin they have.
there are almost 10+ things in a 2000rs product other than main product itself.
when i saw the packaging i was blown away with the depth of work they have done for their product apart from working on the product itself.
just wow. India will soon need to move out of mediocre products that don't focus on customer heavily.

Why we have to register for warranty, if we bought from website directly could have eliminated the friction point atleast for direct customers...now I don't know the serial number or batch code for the flosser no mention on invoice...able to find for brush
