Honoring Secretary George P. Shultz on what would have been his 105th birthday. In 1985, amid a global escalation of hijackings, kidnappings, and devastating terrorist attacks, he founded OSAC to create a stronger bond between the U.S. public and private sectors operating worldwide. This enabled a critical security information exchange and enhanced crisis response that continues to help keep U.S. interests safe today. Thank you, Secretary Shultz, for your foresight and enduring legacy.
