You can’t compare Posey’s defensive stats with guys like @Pudge_Rodriguez or Johnny Bench using stats that weren’t even created when they played.
Range Factor which is possible @billjamesonline worst creation is a complete joke!
Buster Posey’s career Range Factor is (8.66) while Pudge Rodriguez’s is only (7.13)
Pudge changed the game defensively and in no conceivable way was Buster Posey a better defensive player than Pudge.
In Pudge’s MVP season he hit (.332) with (35) HR, (113) RBI’s and (25) SB’s while throwing out (41) of (75) or (54.7)% stolen base attempts.
Nothing against Posey he was a great player but his overall numbers don’t compare to guys like Bench, Rodriguez or Piazza.
