Very disappointed with the unresolved refund for my Air India's Delhi–Dubai flight (PNR 8DBPH7, 1 Mar 2026) cancelled by the airline. Booked via A Plus Holidays Pvt Ltd (MakeMyTrip partner). 1.5 months delay is unacceptable. Kindly process refund immediately @makemytrip @airindia

@etihad I can move money globally in seconds. But Etihad Airways needs 45 days to return money that isn’t theirs. Stop pretending this is “process.”It’s a deliberate delay.A cash flow play using customer funds.In 2026, that’s not inefficiency — it’s unacceptable.

Why is it no worries? 45 days for a refund is a worry when you are holding on to customer funds for material gain. Your call center and chat agents take hours to answer and even the its a standard non helpful answer.
