There has been no Prime Minister who has not wanted to serve his country well. Each PM has wanted to make Malaysia a better place. But it’s almost the end of the line for you sir. Please retire peacefully when the time comes in the next 12 months.

@jameschin110 The silent majority who want peace and economic stability are behind PMX. Let the new party try their luck using statistics, by the way, is this a Bersama Cockroach Party (like the one in India)? My analysis, RR is a disgruntled guy who can never work under anybody, I suppose.

MAHB has denied allegations that it secretly increased parking rates at KLIA, saying long-term car park rates were part of a promotional campaign that ended in February, Malaysiakini reports. Earlier, influencer Chin Pui Ting said she was charged RM384 for 12 days of parking, citing unclear communication over a recent pricing change. 🧵1 malaysiakini.com/news/775688 📹 : Pudds/FB

PM Anwar appeared agitated as he wrapped up his Pakatan Harapan convention in Johore hinting that he has no qualms to call for snap polls. This as his former party no.2 Rafizi stepped up the ante by vacating his seat and quitting PKR all together with Nik Nazmi. Who’s next ?
Melissa Goh@MelGohCNA

Quipped project kamikaze, Rafizi who’s vacating his parliamentary seat together with Nik Nazmi tomorrow said he’s prepared for any eventuality . Both said they are also quitting PM Anwar’s party PKR because they have lost confidence in its leadership .

Sekali kena charge Akta Hasutan. DAP dan pertikaian dengan Istana berpisah tiada. 🟦 1. Ketika nak angkat sumpah MB Perak 2008, mereka boikot pelantikan. Sebab merajuk orang parti tak dapat jadi MB. Hinggalah krisis politik Perak 2009, langkah yang buatkan MB PAS tumbang. Sakan mereka marahkan Sultan. 🟦 2. Hatta titah Raja sanggup disanggah kalau tak kena tekak pengundi. Kerana kurangnya attachment kepada Raja tadi. Berbeza dengan orang Melayu sendiri. ***************** Menuju PRU16, pengundi hendak lihat pemimpin parti pertahankan hak mereka. Makanya, DAP is in survival mode. Isu khinzir ini isu teras. Pertama kali, cadangan penutupan ladang khinzir dibuat masa zaman DAP memerintah. This is a great slap to them. Kerana selama ini mereka claim merekalah hero masyarakat Cina. Kalau tak dilawan akan terciduk jua. Maka setengah pemimpin mereka akan berfikir “Raja pun Raja lah”. At the end, Politik itu terasnya mencari undi. Tapi adakah ini tabiat DAP/ PH sahaja? Tiada parti lain? ***************** Saya tengok sakan parti2 lain claim DAP derhaka. Seperti mereka ni maksum jua… 🤦🏻‍♀️ ♦️UMNO jangan lupa krisis Perlembagaan 1992. Bila nak buang iminuti Raja. Habis dilondeh segala. Perang propaganda sampai ditukar “Daulat Tuanku” ke “Daulat Rakyat”. ♦️PKR jangan lupa Langkah Kajang. Bila Sultan tak setuju lantikan MB. Habis Sultan juga dimarahi. ♦️ PAS jangan lupa episod TG Haji Hadi menggelarkan Raja Melayu sebagai Firaun dan Namrod tahun 2024. Sultan Selangor sampai murka. Keluar kenyataan menyanggah Tuan Guru kita. ♦️ Bersatu juga jangan lupa zaman pandemik, cara mereka terus nak pegang kuasa. Darurat dibuatnya. Tapi tak dapat perkenan YDPA. Sampai jatuhnya PM8. Salam hormat, Liyana Marzuki

Eight years ago today, Malaysians queued up at schools just like these. Most of us didn’t actually think it would happen. We hoped. We showed up. But deep down, many of us weren’t sure a single vote could change 61 years of the same government. And then it did. We did it. Six years on, it’s hard to know how to feel about all of it. A government that fell in 22 months. Three prime ministers without a single election. Another vote that gave us a unity government that, honestly, still doesn’t feel like what people queued up for back in 2018. Reforms that were promised are either half-done or quietly forgotten. The feeling of “different faces, but a lot of the same feelings”. I’ve had this conversation so many times now, with friends, with family, and I keep hearing the same thing. “I’ve given up. The government disappoints me. The opposition isn’t any better.” I don’t think that’s apathy. I think that’s what exhaustion sounds like after years of hoping. But here’s the thing about political cycles. They end. And when they do, people who said they’ve given up somehow find themselves back at the polling station. Pen in hand, doing the one thing that actually changed something once before. We’re getting close to that moment again. And if 2018 taught us anything, it’s that we’re more capable of surprising ourselves than we think.

This is what Grok has to say : Partially real, but incomplete and misleading. Bottom line: The post is right that the cars aren't abandoned junk and sales are strong/growing. But calling it ordinary "unsold stock" ignores the NVES-driven strategy behind the visible piles. It's smart business exploiting the rules, not evidence of market collapse—or pure conspiracy. The "Facebook loons" exaggerated one way; this downplays the policy angle the other way.Partially real, but incomplete and misleading. JordanEVGuy's core numbers check out, but the explanation oversimplifies things and ignores a key policy incentive driving the surplus stock.au.finance.yahoo.comThe Numbers BYD's 2025 imports vs. sales in Australia: Roughly accurate. Data through September 2025 showed ~50,918 vehicles imported but only ~37,923 sold (a gap of ~13,000). Full-year 2025 sales reached around 52,000 units (more than doubling prior years), making BYD a top-10 brand. Models like the Sealion 7 performed strongly.drive.com.au EV market context: EVs (BEVs + PHEVs) hit ~13% market share in 2025 (up from ~9.5% in 2024), with record months above 11-16%. This reflects real growth, not total failure.zecar.comThe viral photos (rows of new Chinese EVs in lots, including at places like Jamberoo Action Park) are real and show legitimate stockpiles, not "dead batteries rotting." BYD and supporters correctly note that car manufacturers hold inventory for distribution, and some lots were temporary post-shipment storage.carsguide.com.auThe Bigger Picture (What the Post Misses)This isn't "just normal stock like Toyota." Multiple reports tie the excess imports directly to Australia's New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES), which started in 2025:Credits for low-emission vehicles (EVs/PHEVs) are earned based on imports (when registered on arrival), not final sales. BYD over-imported to bank millions of credits, which it can sell to other manufacturers facing penalties for higher fleet emissions. Estimates suggest this generated substantial extra revenue (potentially hundreds of millions in credit value).news.com.au Other brands (e.g., Tesla, GWM) kept tighter inventories. BYD's gap was notably larger, and storage included unconventional sites like theme parks (sometimes without full approvals).carexpert.com.auBYD denies it's purely for credits and attributes it to "exploding demand," but the policy created a clear incentive for stockpiling beyond typical dealer stock. Critics (including opposition politicians) called it a loophole subsidizing imports at taxpayer/industry expense.afr.comOther Real Concerns Raised in RepliesDepreciation and battery longevity: EVs can depreciate faster in some cases, and long-term battery health (especially if sitting unused) is a valid question, though modern warranties cover this. Built-to-order vs. stock: Many ICE models (especially popular ones like certain Toyotas) involve waits and aren't purely made-to-order in high volumes. But dealer lots and imports are standard industry practice—BYD's scale stood out. Quality/aftersales: Chinese brands are growing fast on value, but service networks and resale are still maturing. 7 web pages📷📷📷

You’ve probably seen those photos in Australia, of rows of shiny new Chinese electric cars just sitting there. If the Facebook loons are to be believed, they are all dead batteries left to rot, cars that nobody wants or pre registered to the manufacturer to boost sales figures. All of which are of course wrong, the loons usually are, given they see a picture or headline and just make up their own story to stroke their self esteem. Weird, I know. But here’s the deal… BYD for example, imported 51,000 electric cars to Australia last year. 38,000 were sold. So why the surplus “abandoned on car parks”? The answer is much more simple than they’ll have you believe. It’s stock. Yes, unsold stock, waiting to be sold. Just like every other car manyfacturer has in the world. Do these people really think when you order a Toyota, it’s hand made to order? So whatever story they tell, to make themselves feel better about their 2007 diesel Volvo, who’s annual service costs more than my annual charging costs, remember… Ask them for proof. Their reply is always amusing. Stay rattled.

🔥🔥🔥🔥 Read this article published by The Star, Malaysia’s establishment and pro-government newspaper. There’s a common saying in the non-Malay community: “I love my country, but my country does not love me.” Read it and judge for yourself. This is exactly what I’ve been saying about successful overseas Malaysians who try to return home. You will be made to pay for the “sin” of having left in the first place. They will make life so difficult for you that you will give up and leave again.!! That is why brain drain will continue until the end of days! #Malaysia #Discrimination #KMI #BrainDrain
