ON THE SUBJECT OF TATTOO 👉To have tattoo is NOT A SIN. You will not go to hell because you have tattoo. Simple. 👉A person with tattoos isn't an automatic SINNER 👉 Should a believer get tattoos? NO Why? Because tattoo is mostly an identity of worldliness. And believers are called to be separate from amongst them. Growth in Christ is: knowing that such thing is not a sin or is permitted but still not do it, because you want to glorify God. Apostle Paul said: 🔥All things are lawful unto me, but not all thing are expedient. 🔥All things are lawful unto me, but not all things edifies. 🔥All things are lawful unto me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. Secondly, there things that are lawful but doing it could lay a bad example and encouragement for baby Christians, such that when they'd do theirs, it will become offensive and a snare. Apostle Paul wrote: If eating meat will make my brother offend, I'd rather not eat mean while the world standeth. The same reason why a preacher can not just enter a bear parlour and say he's just taking malt. Not because it's a sin, but because a baby Christian seeing it could be encouraged into alcoholism. A pastor, getting a simple tattoo could encourage a baby Christian to tattoo his whole body like the mexican mafians. Moderation and Edification is key. Tattoo might not be a sin but does it edify? If you already have a tattoo before you got saved, fine. It doesn't notify your salvation. If you don't have one already as a believer, keep it that way. May the Lord give us understanding. -ApMO-
