@Obornee The videos I posted confirm that fact. Unless you believe those airliners were being operated illegally at events like sanctioned airshows which are monitored by the FAA or during certification processes which again, are monitored by the FAA and often have members on board.

@PropBeta Actually, it is you who raised that... which is the point I'm making. There are serious legal and safety consequences to operating outside of what's approved and it happens, as others in the thread have pointed out.

@Obornee There's no such thing as a "normal flight situation" the aircraft is either operated within its flight envelope or it isn't. You could argue that the video shows it being operated outside of company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) but we have no way of knowing that.

@Obornee That's not how certification works. Aircraft like the Phenom series are rated for specific positive and negative g limits and prohibited from acrobatic maneuvers. That's a climb, not an acrobatic maneuver. Yes, it's certified for that climb.

@Obornee You're conflating pitch angle and angle of attack. The pitch angle is much greater than the angle of attack. You see and feel the pitch angle. The wings and engine care about angle of attack. They're not the same thing.
