@glossaviperina @CharlesMBrenner Once again, most mice die due to organ dysfunction upon induction of in vivo reprogramming, not cancer or teratomas. First hepatic and intestinal, followed by probably hematopoietic and pancreatic. One of the biggest misconception in the reprogramming field right now!

@CharlesMBrenner Yes, because they are using cells from aborted fetus instead of from their own blood, using blood born stem cells is safe

iPSC tech is at the leading edge of medicine but realize that iPSCs are made in tissue culture hoods. for every iPSC isolated, there are 100s or 1000s of dead cells, cancer cells & other strange clusters formed in vivo partial reprogramming causes tumors & may always be unsafe
