@impactmagazine @OccupyUon Thanks for this! One thing to bear in mind tho: this isn’t a “lecturers strike” - it’s an employees strike: we APM staff keeping the University running are equally affected by the USS outrage but appear to be routinely overlooked..

We are more grateful than you will know for this invaluable support. We are with you. We join you in the fight against the marketisation of higher education and the movement away from scholarship. We join you in the fight against tuition fees.

We have to remember that there are more staff than just lecturers who need our support. The university must create good working environments for all its workers!
