@g__j@OctopusEnergy Mistake made in 86 y.o Mum’s bill in Nov & emailed immediately. Further mistake then made it worse. Can’t get sorted, Mum v distressed, nothing at all since 6 Feb. Sent many emails & photos. Love Octopus ethos but gone seriously wrong here. Pls can u help?
@OctopusEnergy how can I receive a £371.27 bill for period that 2 of the people have been out of the house and the heating has hardly been put on, which I can confirm with my low gas bill.

@OctopusEnergy hi, we moved house last week & something seems to have gone a bit wonky on our account. Showing as £1400 in credit which can't be right!
@OctopusEnergy I can’t log into my online account through the app or web browser. Cannot pay any form of bill until I view it and see how much it is. Been like this since Monday!
