@g__j @OctopusEnergy Mistake made in 86 y.o Mum’s bill in Nov & emailed immediately. Further mistake then made it worse. Can’t get sorted, Mum v distressed, nothing at all since 6 Feb. Sent many emails & photos. Love Octopus ethos but gone seriously wrong here. Pls can u help?

@OctopusEnergy how can I receive a £371.27 bill for period that 2 of the people have been out of the house and the heating has hardly been put on, which I can confirm with my low gas bill. What the hell are you guys playing at?
