@TK_HelpDesk I already called 5 times when I was in Istanbul and I was told because I paid in GBP you couldn’t process my refund. I was told to submit a feedback form via the web and someone will get back to me within 7 days. It’s now been 2 weeks and nothing!!! I’m back in London now.
@ohsibs Kindly forward your refund request by calling our call center at +90 850 333 0 849. If you've bought the ticket via an agency, you should contact them to start the process. ^Hande
@TK_HelpDesk Yep I’ve done that and was told to call the contact centre. When I call the contact centre I get told the lines are busy and get disconnected.

@ohsibs Hi, waiting time may take longer since we try to meet all passengers' demands. If you can't get through, you may call us later. Also, if you tell us your location we can check whether we have a call center in your country. ++

Do not shop with @houseoffraser bought a Barbour coat, was too big, sent it back and they sent it back to me saying it’s been worn - no it hasn’t! Tags are still remaining on it so I’m puzzled. Now they won’t let me send it back! Such poor customer service and what I expect!!
@PerriconeMD@thehutgroup I ordered some face creams last week and they’ve all arrived with an expiry date of 02/21!! The lipstick I ordered also appears to have mould on it. I’ve tried to make contact but no one has returned my calls/messages! Absolutely shocking! #skincarefails
