@TK_HelpDesk I already called 5 times when I was in Istanbul and I was told because I paid in GBP you couldn’t process my refund. I was told to submit a feedback form via the web and someone will get back to me within 7 days. It’s now been 2 weeks and nothing!!! I’m back in London now.

@TK_HelpDesk Yep I’ve done that and was told to call the contact centre. When I call the contact centre I get told the lines are busy and get disconnected.

Do not shop with @houseoffraser bought a Barbour coat, was too big, sent it back and they sent it back to me saying it’s been worn - no it hasn’t! Tags are still remaining on it so I’m puzzled. Now they won’t let me send it back! Such poor customer service and what I expect!!

@PerriconeMD @thehutgroup I ordered some face creams last week and they’ve all arrived with an expiry date of 02/21!! The lipstick I ordered also appears to have mould on it. I’ve tried to make contact but no one has returned my calls/messages! Absolutely shocking! #skincarefails
