@AzorcanGlobal 1. Stopping the D to D to fwd on blue line play from Ducks. They are running that very efficiently
2. Bouchard and Mcdavid to start making the simple plays until their mojo starts
3. Defend the slot. The bumper play had always been a challenge for the oilers and it continues.

@Thealbinorhino5 @worldhockeyrpt No I legitimately think trading a 1st for a iffy 3rd line center and tweener isnt a good idea. I like Dickinson, not huge on Dach. And I know Mangiapagne was part of the deal but I feel like we could have used that 1st better. We will wait and see how this turns out but not sold

@mathewjdp Dont really care for any of those guys. Not good enough for our top 6 and not physical for our bottom 6. I think our options we have now are better. Just my opinion

@Pat_F_11 @NHLMedia You realize Werenski has 2 more 5v5 pts but 9 pts less total? Put both players in front of me without names. I mean its pretty obvious who to take. Lets not forget Bouch is a +23 vs +7 for Werenski. And to use your logic. Bouch has more PK pts than Werenski. So hes better... lol

@NHLMedia Werenski is taking that award. Is much less of a PP merchant, and is a much better 2-way dman. Bouchard is an absolute tire fire in his own end
If werenski played on a PP with mcdavid and Drai, he’d have like 110 pts

@BoltsBreakdown Hey I could be completely wrong but 3 things need to happen to be a prolific goal scorer:
1) willingness to shoot (he has it)
2) Quick feet to get to the slot and get open ( he always opens himself up and ready in the AHL)
3) quick and accurate place shots. Howard has that.

@BoltsBreakdown Im telling you right now. On March the 30th 2026. He will score 40 in his career. That shot and the way he plays. Its coming. Might take him 4-5 years from now but the kid LOVES to shoot. Reminds me of Cutter Gauthier

Then the laziest back check from one of the most elite skater we've ever saw. Mcdavid beat him back to take the low guy and Makar wasnt even in the picture when the goal went in.
