@Olacabs: Your aap is useless.... there is no proper way to register a complaint. My driver took extra cash stating that toll of Rs. 200 is not included in fare (CRN 10937807119). Please resolve it at the earliest. Thanks.

@Olacabs I have paid Rs. 919 through gpay as driver mentioned toll is not included in fare amount (can share payment proof) against fare amount of 719 (which already included toll of 200).

@makemytrip Please never send a new driver without any experience also please share driver's details well in advance as sharing in last 1 hour have literally spoiled my family trip. Bcoz of MMT there was communication gap between passenger and cab agency.

@makemytrip Unprofessional services. Booked outstation round trip cab for 5 days (1250 kms). Start at Saharanpur & drop at Haridwar. Driver denied to take us to Kedarnath as he has no permit for hills (not mentioned in exclusion). Support team is quoting policy for not refunding

@cromaretail I have also requested team to share contact/ email to escalate the matter but they ignore it totally. Are customer care really to help customer or they are only allowed to give standard answers?. Will not buy anything from Croma or Tata neu app or related websites

@cromaretail I have made an online purchase of AC from Tata Neu app (Croma). However, I forgot to enter GST number while checkout & made payment. Same day I emailed customer care to consider my GST no. but they denied saying they cannot do anything now. Please help. Thanks.

@cromaretail Totally unhappy with an online purchase of AC from Tata Neu app. Inadvertently, I missed entering my GST while checkout & made payment. Same day, I emailed customer care to consider my GST, but they denied resulting in loss of GST credit of ~10k. Unsatisfied services

@CromaSupport I have reached out to your customer support on same date itself and shared my GST number but Croma support denied it. My argument is that Croma refused to add my GST number. Legally I am allowed to request company to add my GST number if same is wrongly missed

@CromaSupport It's totally unacceptable as an e-commerce company that ur app doesn't allow to rectify order once payment is made. GST is the right which customers are eligible for & your excuse that we can not help now is totally unacceptable. Will seek consumer court help
