You’re not supposed to pass in the slow lane either. It was obvious the SUV wanted to get over to the fast lane for whatever reason. Plenty of room to go around them if they end up going slower than the dashcam vehicle wanted to go. That video was taken in Houston about 5 miles south of me. It’s a different type of driving on these highways and amateur traffic Karens tend to FAFO.
