@HeadForPoints Interested why so many Gold members are put off by this? I did 3 short notice business trips to the States this year and that would have got me to Gold on its own, rather than the 6 it would have taken. Does this negatively impact the short haul travellers?

@GooglePlay Hi, that's completely rubbish - my refund request perfectly valid within the ts&cs online and I have been provided with no information or reason as to why it was rejected. Please provide a number I can call to get an answer

@GooglePlay I signed up for Disney+ through GooglePlay and changed my mind, i requested a refund which his been rejected. Per the website if it’s been less than 48 hrs since you bought an app or made a purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play. Please can you help?
