Hit its 10,000 new-hire target in four months. A separate program pays local police tens of thousands per officer to help ICE with arrests. The ACLU estimates that could hit $2 billion in 2026. Meanwhile, beef just hit $7 a pound; a record. Three out of four Americans say their pay isn't keeping up with inflation. $250 million went to demolish the White House East Wing for a private ballroom. $13.1 million went to painting the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool blue. The government found $50,000 for every ICE recruit and $2 billion for police bounties. The same government says there's no money for healthcare. No money for housing. No money for disaster relief.
