My first book, Micro Obedience, Macro Impact, is now available. This book was born out of a simple conviction: Massive Kingdom impact rarely starts with massive actions. It usually begins with small, daily acts of obedience to God. In Micro Obedience, Macro Impact, I share lessons from my journey as a venture capitalist, community builder, husband, father, and follower of Jesus. The central message is simple but powerful: Your next act of obedience may look small today. But in God’s hands, it can create impact far beyond what you can see. This book is for entrepreneurs, leaders, parents, and believers who feel called to do something meaningful but aren’t always sure where to begin. Inside the book, we explore how to: • Discern your next step through the guidance of the Holy Spirit • Align everyday decisions with God’s greater purpose • Trust God with outcomes that are bigger than your plans One act of obedience can become the seed of someone else’s breakthrough. Also, if you hear some extra noise in the video… that’s our baby Moriah making her contribution. I think she’s pretty excited about the book launch too. In the spirit of firstfruits, all proceeds from this book will support the ongoing work of The Center For Faith & Business, helping advance the Gospel through business. If the message resonates with you, I would be grateful for your support. Order the book: wroteby.me/darrelfrater/b… Or receive a free copy by supporting the 2026 Annual Giving Campaign for The Center For Faith & Business: BuildWithFaith.org Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged this journey. I pray this book blesses you and strengthens your walk with the Lord. #BuildWithFaith

Kenya has been ranked second in Africa with 2 AI‑capable data centres, behind South Africa (5) and ahead of Nigeria (1). This shows the continent’s growing digital infrastructure gap and the need to invest more in AI-ready facilities.

Coding was never this noble craft people romanticize. It was just a fight with machines that refused to understand what you obviously meant. The only truly novel thing is the mathematical thinking and logic you want to express through code. AI tools like Claude Code and Codex can now handle most of the friction between human intent and the machine. This is also why I hate the term “vibe coding.” It is a good term for people who use AI to write code blindly. But people who use AI while understanding constraints and logic are not vibe coders. They are stoic coders who do not want to waste time fighting the machine.
