🏦Earlier this month we saw the 41 private sector banks joining Project Agora. As imagined the names are absolute powerhouses. • JPM • SIX/SDX • SWIFT • SBI • HSBC Many overlap with UK RLN using $QNT With all members finalized, the design phase for Agora's Unified Ledger begins. The UK RLN & Agora aim to essentially do the same thing with having a shared ledger of all forms of money. We've already seen UK RLN succeed on this largely via the tokenization platform & orchestration/API layer. The infrastructure for both these technologies were by R3's Corda & Quant's Overledger respectively. Given that Agora shares the same goals, it wouldn't be farfetched at all to assume they might be using the same technologies to create their Unified Ledger. After all, the two have plans to interoperate to work together and test multi-shared ledger use. The BIS Unified Ledger came out just 2 weeks after they had released Project Rosalind. The first API centred CBDC, which used Overledger to interoperate all the moving parts, just like how the UK RLN recently did. But the rabbit hole goes deeper... The Bank of Korea had also drafted a CBDC paper with the BIS about 1 year back. Their preferred platform was the Unified Ledger, making it the first CBDC test that would utilize the Unified Ledger since it's inception. The solution they use to unify the ledger? Secure Asset Transfer Protocol (SATP) created by none other than Quant Network & MIT. In Layman's Terms we've already seen 1 instance in the BIS deploying Quant related solutions to their Unified Ledger for interoperability. ♟️Let's see what move Agora makes

@GregLunt27 Could be related to utility, but wallets 3 and 4 don't seem to be license wallets. You'd expect license wallets to receive one batch of QNT per license period, not a wave of batches within an hour. I think it's more plausible these wallets are part of the treasury system or smth.
