I tabled for Abdul at the Great Lakes Bay Pride Festival in Saginaw last month… We gave away nearly 100 yard signs and talked to hundreds of people in around 6 hours. The younger people were already informed about the race and super excited, and the older people were very supportive as well— a lot more than I even anticipated. I didn’t talk to a single opponent except one girl who was a Republican, and a woman I know personally who was supporting McMorrow (she now has an Abdul sign in her yard). I would bet money Abdul wins the LGBTQ+ vote, and pretty handily at that.
